When we find ourselves dealing with the unexpected or ongoing stress, it’s natural to struggle. Life — and our experience of it — can feel complex at times, and our ‘bucket’ can become very full.
You may be coping with a distressing situation, experiencing a loss, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, navigating relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, confused, or unsure why things feel difficult.
Having a space that’s yours, separate from your day-to-day life, can make a real difference — somewhere you can offload, explore, and be supported as you begin to make sense of things.
I can offer a calm, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.
Welcome
Hi, I’m Jane
Thank you for visiting my site.
I’m a BACP accredited counsellor with over 20 years’ experience of supporting people through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
Much of my work has included working with loss and bereavement, anxiety, low mood, relationship and family challenges, health difficulties, and issues around identity, confidence and self-esteem.
I currently run a private practice alongside my role as a counsellor/ psychotherapist for a global healthcare provider, supporting clients through EAP services and private medical insurance.
Please feel free to have a look around the site to see how I work, and how I can help.
